Meet Otis, the four-legged happiness generator in our pack. With a tail that’s always wagging and a knack for finding the coziest napping spots (preferably a sunny spot in our lobby), Otis is our resident expert in turning even the gloomiest days into a pawsitively good time. When he’s not perfecting the art of the “puppy eyes” to score extra treats, you’ll find Otis chasing balls with unrivaled determination or attempting to score some extra ice cubes in the kitchen. Otis always brings joy to our office, and did we mention he’s passionate about recycling too!

Peter Schirk, a distinguished leader in the recycling industry
Peter Schirk, a distinguished leader in the recycling industry for over four decades, serves as the VP of Operations at eFACTOR3. In this role, he oversees the service, warehouse, and logistics teams while managing various aspects of the company’s day-to-day operations. With a wealth of experience in technical and engineering management, corporate leadership, and plant start-ups, Peter brings valuable expertise to the team. Additionally, he has made significant contributions to the metals industry through his consulting business and has been granted three patents throughout his career. He received a degree in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Tulley joined the eFACTOR3 team in December 2022 and is our Service Manager, bringing an impressive 33 years of experience in industrial machine installation, maintenance, and repair. With expertise in mobile heavy equipment, stationary equipment service, rigging, and plant operations, His passion for the heavy equipment industry stems from the diversity of challenges each day presents. Tulley assists our clients with various maintenance needs and installations of new equipment, deriving immense satisfaction from witnessing the completion of an entire plant or equipment system. His expertise and dedication contribute significantly to the success of our service operations.
Levi joined the eFACTOR3 team in March 2022, as a Service Technician. In his role, he excels at providing comprehensive maintenance solutions, handling both preventative measures and addressing emergency situations for our valued clients. With an Automotive Technology certification from the NASCAR Technical Institute and an Associates in Mechatronics Engineering Technology from South Piedmont Community College, Levi’s expertise is evident.
Mya joined the eFACTOR3 team in June 2022 after four years in the United States Coast Guard. As our Warehouse Manager, she plays a crucial role in various areas, including shipping and receiving, warehouse organization, assisting with trials and demos, as well as managing shipments of spare and wear parts. Additionally, her proficiency in operating forklifts and lulls, as well as her woodworking and welding skills, contribute to her efficiency in fulfilling her responsibilities. Mya’s experience and training make her an asset to the eFACTOR3 team.

Lisa Weavil, an invaluable member of the eFACTOR3 team,
Lisa Weavil, an invaluable member of the eFACTOR3 team, initially joined as Operations Manager in March 2011. Over her remarkable 12-year tenure, she has contributed to various aspects of the business, including project management, part sales, marketing, accounting, and operations. In April 2022, Lisa transitioned into the role of Director of Logistics and Procurement, closely collaborating with the sales and service departments to ensure smooth logistics and shipping operations. With a diverse background that includes owning her own Project Management and Interior Design firm and working as a Special Event Planner, Lisa brings a natural creativity, organizational prowess, and keen design sensibility to her role.

Steven joined the eFACTOR3 team as a Service Technician Trainee
Steven joined the e3 team as a Service Technician Trainee in July 2023. With a decade of diverse experience, he has operated machinery in chemical production, ensured quality assurance in the plastics industry, and served as a lab technician at a color and additives company. Steven’s profound passion for equipment will drive him to work closely with our service technicians, acquiring in-depth knowledge of equipment functioning and maintenance processes.

Henning began his professional journey as a firefighter
Henning began his professional journey as a firefighter in Lancaster County, SC, before joining eFACTOR3 as a Service Technician in 2018. In spring 2023, he transitioned to the sales team, where he now manages our M&J mobile shredder rental fleet. With a longstanding passion for tinkering with cars, boats, and dirt bikes, and an associate degree in mechanical engineering, Henning brings that same enthusiasm and expertise to recycling machinery and assisting clients to find the best solution for their particular goals.

Lennart has been an integral part of the eFACTOR3 team
Lennart has been an integral part of the eFACTOR3 team for a cumulative period of 5 years. Initially serving on the outside sales team, he later pursued a career in Cyber Security at a bank. However, after a year away, Lennart made the decision to return to the eFACTOR3 team. As our Solutions Manager, he leverages his extensive knowledge of recycling applications and our products to assist our staff and clients in selecting the best equipment and resolving their most complex recycling challenges. Lennart’s experience and expertise make him a valuable asset in providing innovative solutions to our clients.
Chris joined eFACTOR3 in March 2022 as a Client Solutions Consultant. With his expertise in managing restaurants and bars, he brings a strong background in customer service and understanding the needs of a diverse clientele. As a Client Solutions Consultant, Chris works closely with clients to understand their unique recycling challenges and provides tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements. Chris’ commitment to excellent customer service and his ability to build strong relationships with clients make him an important asset to the sales team at eFACTOR3.

Rich Toberman is a seasoned executive with over 35 years of experience in waste management, specializing in strategic business development, operations, maintenance, and engineering. As a Senior Client Solutions Consultant at eFACTOR3, he assists clients in selecting and designing recycling equipment and systems for their facilities. Rich’s forward-thinking approach and expertise enable him to successfully execute technical projects from concept to operations and maintenance. He aims to strengthen the company’s position as a leading provider of environmental engineering and equipment in the solid waste processing and recycling resource recovery management sector.
In August 2023, Tommy became a valued member of the e3 team, taking on the role of Client Solutions Consultant. His primary responsibility is to facilitate the connection between our clients and the optimal recycling solutions that suit their needs. Tommy arrives with a wealth of experience, boasting three years of expertise in sales and business development within the waste equipment industry. During this time, he played a pivotal role in tripling the total sales of a companies division within a mere two-year span.
Liz joined the team as the Marketing Manager in November 2021, utilizing her substantial 7.5 years of industry experience. In March 2023, she advanced to the position of Director of Marketing. In her role, Liz assumes a crucial position in shaping the company’s marketing direction by overseeing key areas such as marketing strategy, branding and identity initiatives, strategic communication plans, executing impactful brand marketing campaigns, and fostering brand and product awareness. Keziah, the Controller at eFACTOR3, joined the company in early 2021 following her five-year tenure as an accountant at a printing company in South Carolina. Known for her deep involvement in community service and chamber events, she played a vital role in launching and managing a non-profit organization called P.A.C.E, dedicated to community outreach in and around Lancaster County. Additionally, Keziah started her own LLC, providing essential bookkeeping services to both individuals and companies. With over 7 years of accounting experience, she brings crucial expertise to her role. She also undertakes certain Human Resources responsibilities at eFACTOR3.
