RGT W Series

The RGT W Model Plastic Recycling Machines achieve optimal performance with minimal energy consumption. RGT TW Series

RGT TW Series Recycling Machines feature a dual degassing phase, a distinctive vacuum system, and are specifically designed for products that are more printed or have a 8%-10% higher moisture content.

The RGT TW Series Recycling Machine Model combines mixing, crushing, densifying, feeding, and heating operations seamlessly in a single process. The RGT TW Model, equipped with double degassing, a special screw design, and an advanced vacuum system, is adept at recycling more printed and moisture-laden products, resulting in whiter granules. The system’s automation group, including the extruder for melting plastic particles and the granulator, showcases the superiority of centrifuge design and technology. This design ensures high capacity, low energy consumption, and guarantees the production of granules with impeccable design and quality.

RGT Tandem Series

The RGT TANDEM Model efficiently extracts intense gasses from products characterized by high humidity and pressure using five degassing outlets and three vacuum pumps. The process transforms melted plastic granules into refined granules. In the flush extruder, any residual gasses are released to atmospheric pressure. Filtering the melted plastic results in cleaner and higher quality granules.
