For stubborn contaminants, Pla.to offers a combined system consisting of a friction washer and patented MR series dry cleaner as a single unit. The friction washer rinses and rubs the used plastic with water, thereby soaking and loosening the contaminants. Then a thorough post-cleaning and mechanical dewatering takes place in the MR series dry cleaner.
Together the friction and MR series dry cleaner are the perfect combination.
A new standard for clean
In the first phase inside the friction washer the used plastic is washed with large amounts of continuously circulating water. The contaminants are thoroughly soaked and can be removed in the second stage.
In the MR series dry cleaner the pre-washed plastic is thoroughly cleaned. The contaminants are removed in the centrifuge by strong frictional forces between the filter basket and the rotor tools. No new water is added. In addition to cleaning, the plastic is also dewatered. Even stubborn contaminants are no match for the power of the MR series dry cleaner.
