M&J M3000
The M&J M3000 is a versatile and robust mobile shredder, designed to handle a wide range of waste materials with ease and efficiency. It reliably shreds challenging materials such as C&D waste, bulky waste and industrial waste. Its asynchronous shredding technology prevents bridging and maximizes throughput, while the crawler design ensures mobility across uneven terrain.
The capacity of the M3000 series is up to 50 tons/hour, depending on the type of material and shredder configuration.
Powered by a 403 kW diesel-hydraulic unit, the M&J M3000 operates independently of any external power supply. Its track mounted crawler design ensures seamless movement between locations- even during operation, making it an ideal solution for tough waste processing applications in landfills, recycling facilities and more.
M&J M4000
The M&J M4000 is a large mobile shredder capable of effectively and reliably shredding virtually any material. This includes particularly challenging inputs such as MSW, C&D Waste, bulky waste, chemical waste, industrial waste, tree stumps, carpets, mattresses, railroad ties, appliances as well as baled PET bottles, or large paper rolls.
The capacity of the M4000 series ranges from 30–100 tons/hour depending on the type of input material and shredder configuration.
The 390 kW diesel-hydraulic power unit makes the M&J M4000 independent of any power supply. Because you can move it quickly from one place to another, it makes an exceptionally versatile shredder solution that is ideal for many varying needs. The 4000M is the workhorse of the mobile shredders that M&J manufactures and it is offered in a trailer-mounted version or as a track-mounted version for agility in landfills.
