Once the processing time has elapsed, the batch is discharged by reversing the rotational direction, significantly accelerating production cycles.

Infrared dryers heat, dry, and crystallize materials in one seamless process. By heating pellets and regrind materials (PVC, PET, PE, PP, etc.) prior to extrusion, they significantly increase the capacity of downstream equipment, improving efficiency.
When materials like PET, PLA, PEEK, PPS, PBT, and other polymers are processed with infrared dryers, crystallization happens simultaneously with drying. The process reduces residency time, drying materials from over 1% moisture to less than 300 PPM in just 15-20 minutes.
The infrared process also enables the coating of adhesives such as hot melt, EVA, and lime while removing volatiles during the drying process.
